Aluminator

Would I be able to put the supercharged dohc 4.6 aluminator motor ford racing offers into my 05 screw. which presently has the 5.4 sohc? What would be my major obsticles? best transmision option? My knowledge of computer controlled vehicles is very limited. Are there any known flaws with that motor?

be sure to get a warranty.... wiring would all have to be custom... Why not build up your 5.4?

why not

well I havent put that out of my mind, I was just looking at other options. Nice job by way. I ve just seen your new motor tonight for the first time. I love it. my only suggestion would be longer video clips . in the daytime. you have done what alot of us can only dream of . Keep up the good work.

thanks... I think you should just build the engine you have now, stick with that, and you will have a LOT less headaches.

I know your right. but the voices in my head talk me into things sometimes. I just thought with all the knowledge being passed around here. There would be some . " its been done" Bla bla bla And I could learn a few things.

well it can be done. It will cost a lot, and require a lot of rigging.

Dohc 5.4

Well nothing worth having is ever easy, or cheap or everyone would have one. While talking swaps, Ive heard of a DOHC 5.4 , available only in a lincoln nav. is that correct? If so , Whats possible with that one ? H.P. , TQ. ?
