Exclamation Sooo many problems with my 02 4.6

ok, 1st at about 87k my heads got replaced, cause a jiffy lube changed my pluggs and stripped 2 of my spark plug holes., i have a new tranny and transfer case and rear end, thank you towing.... truck has 112+ on it right now. runs like *** at idle( kinda like a missfire or electrical problem have magnaflows and it popps with the missfire), runs like **** driving unless i "floor it" then i notice alot of power loss. no check engine light, for a week, then it turned on, plug the scanner in and it doesnt turn on, i have tried 3 diff scanners, none of them turn on. dont know ne wayz took my IAC Off and the plunger moves up and down ok, not that dirty, however, in one of the ports on the intake manifold, its dirty as hell the other one is clean as can be. i also took my throttle body off and there is BLACK goop everywere, i dont know what it smells like cause im sick, but i need to get to work, what do i do? if you want to call me please do! 6308164481. ill be up all night.

If I lived in the suburbs of Chicago... then I could come over and help you out... but it sounds like you might have a cooked coil.

First priority - Check your fuses , you need to get that port functional.

ok.... i checked all of the under hood mini fuses and cleaned everything, tb, IAS, all the intake ports. i used name brand tb cleaner for all of it. it looks spotless now. idles better, but still mid rpms are horrible. the IAS is clean but makes a noise when i push it up and down. dont know if it is still gummed up. i disconnected my batt so i have no codes or can tell if that portion works.. yet untill tomarro when i get my scanner back from a buddy. any more suggestions, The dealership said it could be anything from the fuse being blown to my Ecu fried, but that could be them just tryin to get me to bring it in there..... i am a certified mechanic, i have all the tools but this is stumping me.

Take it over to Autozone or Advance and get the codes read - they do it free.

If you are a certified mechanic, why the hell are you letting Jiffy Lube work on your truck? You should know better!

Cop

If you got the low end back but are losing it in the midrange you may want to consider replacing the COPs. A low grade misfire does not always throw a code.
Get them from here:
http://search.stores.ebay.com/GLOBAL...271212QQsofpZ0
You will save about $300 ordering from these guys.
I read you used some TB cleaner. Did you actually pull the TB?
Tell us what you have done in detail and any mods to your motor.
