I was going to recommend a good shop in Batavia to take your truck to - but with that response you can shove it up your @$$ for all I care. I lived there for over 20 years and moved to Joplin last summer - I've known the head mechanic at this place since he was in high school and could have set you up for a good deal but you blew that, jerk.

First of all, I had no idea that "Jiffy Pube" changed spark plugs, (and that comes from the 3 yrs. I actually worked at one during my high school years) but that was a looong time ago. If that is true then they are asking for trouble, as almost all of the guys (and girls) that I worked with were non-caring, non-knowing, ignorant idiots and that includes the managers and training personel. Secondly, I am about 20 mins. from Aurora and would have been willing to help you out, but as I have found out here, rather quikly, you can take something thats typed the wrong way, and should be careful of your responses to people as they are really just trying to help. I personally would be afraid of someone who says they are certified and can't figure out a simple problem. With the help that I have seen these guys offer up on this site you should be able to figure this out in no time, but apparently you blew that one. Have a nice day.

Hopefully he'll find the 'right' teenage homo to help him fix his new truck.
