also try to find a used one it'll be cheaper and work the same (unless you get one that wasn't returned to stock)

Man steers clear of superchips I bought a Flashpaq 1815 when I updated the software to the 2007 ver. My truck would not shift I called superchips and waited 2 months for a fix and got nothing but the run around so to be fair I bought another one but I did not update it and it worked fine for the 93 performance setting but when I tried to back off to the 87 performance setting it started messing up these programmers have more problems than Bill Gates did with Windows Millennium
GO WITH XCAL 3 or livewire

I got one from Sean Hyland Motorsport way back, actually, it was their first 2000 they'd done. Shifts alot quicker, seemed to have a bit more power, definetely felt an increase. I did have to switch to premium gas but it was worth it.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck with the tuner but I have done the update and all of my tunes worked fine. The 1815 is a nice tuner for the $$ and very simple to use too.

yea man it sucks I think its because I have a 2007 when I was on the superchips forums there was another guy whit the same year turck and the same issues But like I say with the second one I tuned it to the 93 performance I gained 20+ hp about 4 MPG tons of torque I really enjoy it. after about 6 months I bumped it back down to 87 performance and I noticed when I hit coast on my cruise it jumps down to 2nd flashes the battery light
kinda scared to update it due to past experiences and I,m going to upgrade to the x-cal3 of livewire in next few weeks I want to run the AF1 3 1/2 and a few other mods and I neew the custom tunes
