this is an 06 F150 4.6L intake.. suprisingly the lower intake plenum is already matched up. and the separate runner chambers arent sealed. so i decided to cut out and knife edge it all. see if it helps..




ive thought about cutting the dividers out as much as possible. but ill leave it like this. ought to make for some interesting intake noise now.

 

now all thats left is the runners themselves.
