converting 4.2 to V8

Can anyone tell me what is involved in converting a '97 F150 4.2 to a V8? Will the trans bolt up, electrical components?

You grab complete drivetrain from a similar or same year F-truck clone. Engine, trans, harness, computer, exhaust, engine and trans (maybe) mounts and radiator. You want the rear axle if you go to a 5.4L not as necessary with a 4.6L.

Bolt assembly in place and plug engine bay harness into firewall plug.

I guess reflash for PATS and drive off, if you even have to deal with PATS.

Hopefully, after that, you drive off happy.
