My 5.8L/E4OD will get a quick squeal, though it has higher/wider tires than stock, not sure of the exact size. 3.55 LS axle. It seems to hook up pretty well, burning out is wasting power that could be used to be rocketing you down the road. I get to 60 on flat ground in around 7 seconds. My mom's Acura TL used to do that in a little under 5, not too much of a difference.

I love how the 5.8L has just so much torque. I can be doing like 70 on the highway, nail it and have it drop to 3rd and 3200, and liftoff to 90 before I know it, that's when the tranny forces back up to 4th for me(just over 4000).

My old truck with the 300, 5spd, and a peg-leg 3.08 would peel out unintentionally, it had such ****-poor traction. Longbed, standard cab. That would peel out literally until I let up on the gas.

How much does your truck weigh? My truck weighs 5600lbs with a full tank of gas and no one in it. I weighed it on a truck scale.
I get a petty healthy launch with about a 5 or 6 foot patch,

That's a pretty cool story.

I can't even get a sound out of my truck if i'm stopped then I just floor it when it's dry on asphalt. Pretty sure my tires have something to do with it

I have to use the brakes just a little bit, not that much at all to get it to break loose.
I can get a sqeal out of it if I'm at a stop then give it a good amount of gas into a corner, the Limted Slip kicks in pretty quick though in that case.
