After reading here I may have second thoughts changing these sparkplugs. With 80,000 miles are the chances that great I may break some?

 

the only prob i had with my plugs was the one on the passenger side all the way on the firewall. hard to get the angle and my spark plug was corroded in there because the heater hoses leaked down onto the spark plug. other than that i didnt break any at 110,000 miles. that back one might be fine for you thoe.

 

That is really a problem with the 5.4 motors, the 4.6 use regular plugs and do not have the spark plug "issue". Your fine to change your plugs, shouldnt have a problem
