No.

Not without major modification. New trans and transfercase custom mounts on and on. It would be just as easy to put that motor in a chevy or a dodge..

Oh ok. What type of engine would be an easy swap that is more powerful then the 5.4 that is in there?

A Lightning 5.4L.

Relative bolt-in swap. But, I hear you need the chassis harness because the dual fuel pump plugs tie into that harness. Maybe that can be worked around, though.

That motor WOULD fit, BUT, many, MANY, MANY mods will have to be done.

However check this link out and see what you think. This will definitely fit!

Hahahaha exactly. I was just wondering about all this because I have the 5.4 triton v8 which has decent power in itself. It seems like it would be cheaper to just mod it than swap out an engine. I know I couldn't afford a lightning engine as I only have about 3500-4000 to play with right now.

A 460ci will fit just fine if you want to make your own engine mounts and crossmembers.
