thats an evaporative emissions control vent circuit. it could make it run rough. check your gas cap, thats what usually causes the code

P0446 is a emissions code and should not cause your engine to run rough. The most probable problem will be the evap purge valve. Type in 'P0446' in the SEARCH for plenty of info.
