No Start After Clock Spring Replaced

I replaced the clock spring today. The engine cranks but no start. I removed the ignition switch when I replaced the clock spring. Any ideas, what other information is needed? Any help is appreciated.

It's a 2001 4.6L cruise control.
The only things I unplugged is the clock spring the single wire going to the ignition switch. What is the single wire (blk w/red strip) going to the ignition switch? Somehow I think this wire isn't connected properly.
