Have to keep pumping the truck to keep it running

Hello all..
I just purchased a 1992 Ford F150 with the 5L engine and I'm having trouble getting it started. The truck will start after I pump it several times and it will only stay running if I continue to pump it. From what I was told was that the truck sat for 6 months so I put some fuel stabilizer along with fresh fuel..the truck still will not start. I replaced the IAC as well
Any help for the newest guy on the board would appreciated!

I can hear the fuel pump come on. If I turn the key off and on acouple of times I can hear it. This still get the truck to fire up but quickly die.

First recommendation is to drain the fuel tank and replace the plugs. Start with fresh fuel.
