I have a 2007 Expy that at certain RPMs 2800-3100 I can feel a slight vibration coming from the gas pedal and steering wheel. It only happens when under load, say going up hill. Doesn't matter what gear it's in. In neutral revving produces almost no vibration. Is this normal?

 

A warrenty problem.

That's the best response you are going to get - it is NOT normal and the dealer needs to fix it.
