Performance Modifications??

I am considering purchasing a 2006 Ford F250 S/C LWB pickup with a 5.4 and 133,000 miles on it. The mileage is all highway mileage, no wrecks(supposidely), regular maintenance, etc. The truck is in excellent shape body and interior wise. I really do not have use for a diesel so I am considering purchasing this truck. I already own a F150 5.4 and I am pleased with its stock performance.

What performance modifications can I do to this truck to help with fuel mileage, performance, etc?? Any suggestions??

same things everyone else does to their 5.4's, tuner intake exhaust to start then efans headers etc. or even a turbo if you want max performance and have the cash

Search is your friend - here, the Chips forum, the 2004+ forum, etc. A TON of advice... example:
