86 F150, wont start? Has fire, both fuel pumps work and fuel rail pressure is 50 to 60 lbs. Regulator valve is good, engine cranks and wants to fire but it just wont start. Tested and replaced all necessary components up to the fuel rail, any suggestions on what to do next?

 

Is the distributor shaft turning?
