I'm getting ready to buy and rebuild (maybe) an 89 f150 300 L6 i was wondering if anyone has used these kits from Promar http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/68-97...spagenameZWDVW and what they thought of it. Or should i opt for something a lil more expense. Im just looking at this truck as a hunting season/firewood/ride when snow is on the ground beater. So top performance is not an issue. Just want something dependable. If you know of something better w/ a descent price i would appreciate it if you could point me in the direction of thier website.

I wouldn't bother rebuilding it if it doesn't need it - the I6 is usually good for 300k+ without rebuilding.
