I have an 05 xlt supercab 5.4 will this engine run 85-15 fuel like the ethanol engines that are made to run it and if not whats the difference between the 2 engines and can the regular engine be converted to run it thanks

 

It cannot run it unless it was originally sold with the FFV option. They cannot be economically converted, there's a LOT of things that have to be changed.
