Harder to start...

Since I installed the tunes the truck takes a little more time to fire. It used to be that i could bump the starter and it would kick over and rev to 2K then settle into its idle. Now it seems I have to hold the key another second or so to get it started.

'02 5.4 auto
troyer 91 tunes
48K miles
stock plugs/cops
stock o2 sensors

I have heard form several "experts" that it could be any of the above. Any ideas?

Could be several things.

Delayed buildup of adequate fuel pressure (weak pump or restriction) or a sticky IAC valve both come to mind.

It isn't the O2 sensors since they're not used at engine startup. None of the other things in your list are very likely, either.

too little timing, rich idle, lean idle... test your fuel pressure.

A very dirty MAF Sensor could be throwing things off as well..

Dirty throttle body - sticky TB plate..

Most likley a little bit of everything that's been mentioned above..

Just clean it and change the fuel filter..
