Power wash perdicament

I had a detail guy get my truck ready to sell. He cleaned the engine compartment with a pressure washer. When he was done the truck was spitting and sputtering and the check engine light started blinking. I ran a diagnostics on it and it showed that cylinders 1,6,7, & 8 are showing a misfire. I let the truck sit for an hour and then took it for a drive and it ran better but could tell that at least one cylinder seem a miss. I reset the computer and no light has come back on yet. Anyone know if the problem may fix itself after it drys out or if there might be permenant damage to the COP's.

Pull the COPs and let everything dry out for like all day long..

Never use a pressure washer on your engine.. or let anyone else..
