Can a 4.6 litre be swapped into an existing 5.4. Tired of blowing plugs and now a cylinder head has to be changed, blew plug right out and threads, plug now falls right into head. If not can someone recommend a good set of cylinder heads to purchase. 99 F150 Ext flareside, only 86,000 miles on it. Thanks for the help.
