I have a 1997 F-150 4.6 recently I got a burnt exhaust valve cyclinder 3. I just found a 2001 navi motor with 60000 miles. I have been reading your posts about swapping the 4.6 to 5.4's but I wasn't sure if it would be a problem since this is a 4v. Is it just exhaust modding, length some wires and tuning or is it more. The 8th letter in my vin is a W. Thank You Justin.
