Good and bad, it runs great, but wont idle. I Get codes 0113, 0135, 0155, and 1232... kinda odd also, the coolant temp sensor wont read...

They all seem to be MAF, O2 sensors or A/F metering.

It's probably running to lean. Get the volt meter out and start checking your sensors then it may be the tune too.

Hey I thought that vid camera was getting set up - com-on want to here it , not the only one now - got a bunch of card players and beer drinkers over here that want to see what that motor sounds like

After I played the vid of you cranking her over - one of the idiots here said it sounded like an Alison Aircraft motor about to fire

Um Whatever

Does anything change once the O2's go online? become active?

You try swapping IAC's? You might wanna check the line ..

A low idle around 600 rpms happened to me once - the IAC line sucked a vacuum plug that wasn't removed - Could of did that when you were priming pressure. -- It happens..

I know it'll sound weird... But, have you tried reloading the tune on your truck? That happened to me on my F-150 once. Loaded a new tune using my Edge, started the truck, and at idle it was stumbling, loading up, etc. Sounded like it had a fatty cam in it. Threw a few codes. Turned it back to stock, then reloaded the exact same tune, and no problems. Ran great.

Something else to try -

I always pull both fuses if I get a buggy reboot - #24 in the PDB (30MAXI)and under the dash - middle row , 2nd up from the bottom on the 98, that mini 5-amper.
