Well , at least when I F^ck up my truck , I can usually fix it here

When I find a chick that can do that - I won't need to come around so much and search , read , destroy .. Then, search , read and unf^ck the situation. Shell out some info for payback and jolly's - It gets tricky sometimes with the info you gather, can be contradicting at times - it's not just that , I make mistakes as well..

Stupid mistakes - Like I didn't reboot the comp after blowing out my headers - so now it's prolly Maxing the MAF at this point . I 'm still running off the KAM setting with Open headers. Freakin just realized that after talking with someone else about my situation..

Now I have a check engine light. I have to get it welded and the bugs out - right now after long tubes, the truck is slower, that's not right ..

I may need to upgrade the injectors to 24's - but with my mods below and the installation of long tube headers I feel 19lb injectors are enough. Maybe that's more marginal than I thought.????

Idunno , have to figure it out and try some things . With the installation of a Magnaflow High flow cat behind the Y into a Magnaflow Muffler could be the reason as well - never heard of that being done before , but I had NO ROOM if front - The cat is to long to fit in between the collector and Intermediate pipe without a welder handy.

Now I could have the shop weld the cats on the collector and have them make it fit , I dunno at this point .. I was just going to have them weld up my configuration - running out of cash here , so , whats my best bet ? What do I need to do? Is running one cat behind the Y sufficient ? Should I just get it done right and run two, one behind the each collector? Will it make that much difference?

Help me figure this one out guys - any input is appreciated.

Thanx

Yea - Iron workers - a bunch , but hell the union sent most of those dudes to Canada to work temporarily - I guess Canada starving for good help these days - No offense , but yea , another buddy - union plumber - he was sent there as well..

Uncle owns an anchore bolt company - cousins a welder at that shop. I just don't want any old weld job , specially within the family . They don't weld this sh^t either.. so ...

You think $170's bad?

Nope - they said my Intermediate pipe is in good shape - said they can make it work ... It's going to be tight!!

I cut that and spliced myself - came out good..They will prolly just off my band clamps and weld it up - those band clamps don't leak - but everyone of the bank clamps do..
