High Water

In Texas I Have 2002 Supercrew with 160,000 miles ,have replaced the coil packs and plugs, both. When I hit high water I get a miss and a service engine light
that lasts for a tank and a half of gas, then clears up. Can I spray the Coil Packs
with Silicone or What? Hoovedog

there is also that grease with aluminum in it that is mildy conductive but still seals out water.. but gotta be careful could cause more problems than it solves. but just a nice thick grease will work. ive even put silicone around the top of the plug boots on mine to seal them off.
