Are you sure it's a pully, and not the belt itself? If you got WD-40 on the belt, that would make it slip worse, and therefore squeal more. If so, I'd pick up a new belt, remove the old one, wipe down all your pulleys and clean off any WD residue. Install the new belt and see if the noise disappears.

If not, then It could be a pulley bearing headed south. Either replace the pulley bearing (cheaper) or the entire pulley (easier). Only correct fix for this. Lubing only helps for a very short while.

Spray your pulleys with brake cleaner and make sure you get them nice and clean, any kind of solvent to cut through the oil will work well, heck soap and water might be a good route to go too!

+1 on the brake cleaner for the pulleys. If you got WD-40 on the belt, though, it's most likely toast. Oil gets into rubber and likes to stay there. Not much you can do to remove it.

Good luck.

My tensioner pulley bearing started screaming a few months ago. I took the bearing apart and soaked it in rubbing alcohol for 10 or 15 minutes. Then I repacked it with grease and put the tensioner back together. It still whines a little, but it was really bad to begin with, so I'm not surprised. I can't hear it at all unless it's really quiet (night time) and the windows are rolled up. That would probably fix your problem.
