My 4.6 Screw gets 19.42 mpg at 85.. AF1 intake and Borla cat-back... No tunes yet, 87 oct... Troyer Xcal2 on order but not here yet.

I'm giving a lot of thought to the Dashhawk tho.. I'd like to have those readouts..
Eh... I guess I should add I hit 100 a few times on that tank.... My average MPG was 16.5 running 85 on highway 44. Not flat, and not straight. I got the 16.75 coming back from Aimes, IA. Mostly 2 lane roads, and again, not flat once in Missouri...

And now in the F-250, if I do 85-90 I get 13 MPG. Stupid turbo...

Understood!!

The highway miles here are pretty freakin' flat... And that's with not towing anything or anything in the bed..

13 @ 85 in a 250... there's folks here who'd kill for that!!.. LOL

However, what was the price of diesel compared to gas there at that time?

I have a friend with a 2000 diesel Excursion. Stock, it used to get about 19 on the highway. He took it over to Hypermax in IL and when they were done with it, it got 26 on the highway - or so he claims. Not too shabby for that big bus. It's loud though - the 5 inch exhaust makes it sound like an 18 wheeler.

Thanks Y'all. I must say that the programmer is intriguing and I may do it some day but I am really satisfied with stock horse power for right now. I bought the truck for towing my bass boat and a new rod, reel or that new style bait is more important than 30 horsepower. I really like the readouts that the MSC Dashhawk gives me. Thanks for the imput!!!
