I just bought a 2000 f150 supercab xl with a v6 that is bad. I have a 99 f150 xlt supercab v8 that I wrecked, only body damage, but the cab and bed have to be replaced. which would be better, put the 2000 body on my 99 or put the 99 v8 into the 00, I'm going to swap interiors no matter what, and i'm putting my power doors on the 99 cab anyway. do i need to swap the harness in the 00, or is it set up to just plug in the door harness into. I know I have to swap the EEC, so no problems there, I used to swap engine around in the older trucks, but these computerized jobs i've never fooled with. any tips or advice from those that have.
