Body Lift and Access to Engine

Finally got my 3" PA Body Lift installed on my '04 F150 last week. Very happy with how it looks.

Decided to check on the engine today and got the fright of my life...where the hell did my engine go ?? Just kidding, sort of....I did not realize that the engine was now going to be so difficult to work on. How difficult is it going to be to change plugs ??? Anyone tried??

Unless you are extremely tall you are gonna need a step stool. I am 6' 7" and it would probably be difficult for me.
