should i replace plugs in 5.4
i have recently bought a 2000 f150 that has the 5.4l and has 97k on it. so far it has had a smooth idle and such. question is, should i just go ahead and have my sparkplugs replaced now or just leave them alone being its running fine now. and also does this plug problem occur to ALL 5.4 engines or no?
thanks for the help

yup I used to change mine at 65,000-80,000 even though manual didn't request it until 100,000. Given how much of a pain it is, and the damage that can be done by changing plugs (for example, I snapped a bolt as I was tigtening one of the coils back down, it was back in the engine, don't want to guess how much that cost to fix) and other problems, jsut leave it unless you have a reason to replace them.
