Wet Engine "Gunked it" Continued!!!

Hey Guys, first I like to thank everyone that helped me a few days ago. I finally got the truck started. She idles roughly but I expected that atleast.
When I try to push down on the gas pedal I get nothing at all from it. I put the truck in drive and she rolls at idle speed but once again nothing with the pedal. Any Idears???? I'm thinking the TPS but after running the truck for atleast two hours I figured everything be dried up by now. Thanks in advance.
Btw I'm also a Marine Mechanic so anyone needs a hand with there marine engine ask away or email me!!!

If I understand you correctly, no response from the throttle?
It's electronic control. You should have a code stored, as a clue.
The throttle body has a motor on it that opens the TB plate.
To read codes from 04 on, you may need a CAN type reader/scanner.
