Most guys start with the same setup as the Lightning has!
42# injectors and a 90mm mas air.
And there are plenty of good used ones out there.

From all the calculators, I think that may be too much for my setup. It's showing 32lb that I need. May move up later, but want to try these first. The 90mm mass air will be added too. That's on my list to buy also.

No such thing as too much! But you can have too little.
The 90MM mass air is calibrated for the Ford racing 42# injectors so it will be easier to tune.
I was running 42# injectors with only 5 PSI of boost.
It's up to you,,,just trying to help. Bigger is better,,,lol.

HI Guys,
this is a first post for me.
This may sound like a strange question...but...here goes..
I live in Melbourne, Australia and there are very few of the big American made trucks here.
I own a 98 Chevy Suburban (yeah...I know..one of 'those guys..Lol!) which I have extensively modified.
I recently installed a set of the Bosch 0 280 155 558 injectors and I cannot find the information I need to tune for them correctly.
Alot of guys just fudge the injector tables but I'd rather tune it correctly.
From the reading I've been doing lately, I should be able to use the same injector settings as used in the Lightning with the 42lb injectors as OEM (I believe) and transfer them to my tune. I realize there may still be some work involved but...if anyone could possibly post screen shots or just copy and paste the info from the Lightning's injector tables (all tables and settings) it would be greatly appreciated?
Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong area....I'm really at a loss as to where to find the info.

Thanks very much

Howard

42's and the matching 90mm

If you are serious, I recently pulled my entire Lightning setup which I had the Harley 6psi pulley on the snout. I ran it without the intercooler system since I had no plan on more than 6psi. I have everything!!!, and all you will need to install would be a tune, which I use a Sniper special forces. A Lightning throttle cable bracket, and either a new egr tube or legnthen yours about 4". Also make your IAC wires about 10" longer.
I have everything from MAF to harmonic balancer.

he is right they are single jet injectors with arnt nearly as efficient but are much more powerful than multiport injectors. a very common upgrade in the diesel world as well
