CEL #4 cylinder misfire

Have a '98 F150 5.4L. #4 misfire happened at 66,000 miles and again at 128,000 (now). Had all the plugs changed at 100,000 miles. Could there be something else going on with #4? I've changed plugs/ wires before, but not on the F150 with the cop's, difficult access, etc. Is the #4 cylinder by the firewall that's hard to get to. Any advice on changing this?? Thanks for any & all replies!!

Ive had this same issue. Ive been told buy several people including fans of this site to change my hoses. I cant find any trouble with them but Im tired of changing this so often so it will be done. #4 isnt to bad In my opinion the other side of the motor is worse! I will tell you from my bad expierence switch out the coil for a new one or atleast swap it with the front coil that way if it is bad your not going back to the wall again.
