Lemon Law!

I was just wondering if anyone had ever used the lemon law on a dealership? or just at all i guess? If so is it a real pain to pull off.

my parents had to use it on their excursion. didnt seem to be much of a pain to them but they did visit the attorney a few times. took like a year or more to get things finalized.

I'm currently starting the process with Ford right now. I've had 4 rebuilt transmissions in 20,000 miles, and I'm still having tranny issues. I just wrote Ford a letter saying the dealer can't fix the problem and that Ford will have 30 days to fix my truck. If they can't fix it or the 30 day deadline expires I can file a lemon law with the state of Texas. I'm definitely getting an attorney if things go that far. My parents know someone who lemon lawed 2 vehicles back to back, and the attorney fee was part of the settlement.

So, far it hasn't been too bad. I've got records of all the work that's been done to my truck. You need to see my file at the dealership, it's huge. I have a feeling it's about to get ugly though. I haven't heard from Ford yet, but they probably only received my letter today. They've already spent more money on the truck than I have.
