Oil leak

I have a 99 f150 4 x 4 with the 4.6l. I have leaky oil filter lines at the block at the engine....is this a ford add on or did it come from the factory with these lines. I was wondering if there is any cheap fixes for this leak.
Thanks

ok your gonna have to replace those lines. about 130$ at the dealer. i know its a rip off but... dont want those blowing out or there goes your engine. summit racing might have a set for cheaper. you dont want to mickey mouse those.

Do the lines come out of that block or does it come together as one piece with the lines and blocks?

I just took the lines off of the truck...when I look at the lines they seem okay....Is it more common for the orings to leak or where the hose is clamped on? I was thinking of cutting the hoses off and finding a hose to go over the metal lkines and then clamp them on. Is there alot of pressure going through those line? I found an aftermarket kit and the hoses just clamped on. Any suggestions?

DO NOT SLIP A HOSE OVER AND CLAMP IT. IT WILL BLOW IT. gonna have to replace the whole thing. those are like a/c hoses you cant mickey mouse splice them. if its just the o rings leaking , down to the hardware store for some new ones.think of it this way do you want your entire engine relying on 2-3 hose clamps??.
