supercharging an f150 4x4

supercharging an f150 4x4

i have an f150 4x4 and i have a buddy that has a lightning who is upgrading his blower can i install his stock blower on my truck with out having to upgrade to the 4r100 transmission or worrying about distroying my transfercase

Sure, you can use the blower. And there is a good chance you will break some parts when it is finished and tuned properly.

i wouldnt worry about the transfer case the transfrers on our trucks are pretty stout. a good shift kit in the tranny and you shouldnt have a problem for awile unless you abuse it. i have had no issues with mine but i installed mine with only 50K on the clock. good luck

yes u will be find u will need the lower intake manifold and a fuel system upgrade to support it and a decent tune. u cant just throw the blower on there.
