So how do you know if the plug is seated enough?

Ok, I'm staring my passenger side COP and plug replacement and I started way in the back with the plug near the fire wall, Got it out and everything and I start to put the new plug back in did the thing where I put it in my 5/8 spark plug socket just enough to hold it then hand tightened then pulled that out then went back with the normal 5/8 socket and tightened till it was snug. Then though now how do I know that’s enough I can’t use a torque wrench since I've got all these adapters? So how you know you tightened it enough? I managed to put a light and use a mirror on that plug and peak down the hole and was wondering should that nut on the spark plug be flush on the head? It did not look like it, but I really don't know. Last thing I want is a stripped thread "All 3" . But I need some advice here. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to tell if the plugs been torque enough?

A torque wrench will work thru inline adapters - just not thru an offset adapter. Of course, it's best to use only 1 extension, but it's better to get the torque a little wrong by using a torque wrench than a LOT wrong by just blind guessing.

You don't want to end up...
