1999 F150 Problems....
It all started one evening when leaving friends house. He has steep driveway facing forward. Got in truck, started it but it was studdering a little. Started driving home and it was raining pretty bad. Hit water puddle in street and engine started to shake and studder worse. Was able to make it home.
I had just had tune-up about 2 weeks prior. Went to Autozone and got them to read codes off of computer. Was showing engine running lean and 2 cylinders mis-firing. Changed out spark plugs wires myself and truck is running better but not to point where it was before all this happened.
Not sure if water somehow is causing problems. But I didn't see any sign of water around electrical connections around spark plugs.
Any suggestions will be much appreicated.
I'm planning to go back to AutoZone and see if there are any new codes or what codes are still in system.
Thanks to all that can help.

Forget about the first one..
Pull your plug wires one at a time dry them out, do this to all eight of them - use compressed air.
Before reconnecting , blow out the plug chambers .
But , before you do anything DISCONNECT the battery..
When finsished re-connect the battery Positive Cable FIRST.
Good Luck .
