That's what the IAC its suppose to do - Your PVC hose behind you IAC is prolly disconnected or leaking bad. Check it - Mainly the 90 back by the firewall in this pic..

Are you disconnecting your battery each time - if your not , this has all been a big waste of time..

That's the first basic rule when working under the hood on these motors..

Make sure there are no shorts with you throttle position sensor and that it is working as it should.

You didn't answere the question - are you disconnecting the battery and rebooting each time.. Wheres the black box befroe the IAC - your IAC doesn't need to be grounded w/4 gauge - I don't see your MAF, EVR or DPFE . Where are these things..??

After removing the TB Spacer , did you relocate the linkage plate back 1 1/2"?

I would hook back up your stock Cold air intake system..

disco the battery for a few minutes while your eyeballing some things.

my question - you used a generous looking amount of rtv, did it squeeze into the iac? example of rtv screwing ya in the butt - i used it to seal a carburator, a little bit leaked inside and touched the floats. well guess what? that carb never filled up lol.

listen to brew too.

FOUND IT!! Look at the bottom line on the EVR..

That line should be Green and run to the EGR valve..

Need a better pick , it's hard to see. It looks like he has the regulator plugged into the EVR.

Also, Your IAC gasket needs to be installed - scrap that blue stuff out of there - You prolly have to clean your IAC to - some RTV might have got sucked in there..
