P0171, P0174, this fixed it
Hope this helps someone in the future that has these codes.
Background: 1998, F150, 4.6L, 94,000 miles.
New fuel filter, plugs and wires (needed a tune up anyway).
Vacuum lines and the "elbow" were all good. MAF was good also.
IAC had a hole in it, letting unmetered air in.
Intake manifold gasket had 2 spots allowing unmetered air in.
Both parts replaced, codes gone and pinging is also gone.
