What do I do for a tune-up?

My '99 f-150 is going on 115,000. I had the spark plug wires changed at 55,000. Besides that I've changed the oil, air filter and replaced the fuel filter as needed.
It runs fine, but I was wondering if it's time for a so called tune-up plugs, wires, etc...? And what I should replace and/or change?

I looked into my Owners Manual and it says after 100,000 miles does your plugs/wires need changed. But I don't know if that applies to your truck.

I have an 06 FX4.

stay away from xact wires I've alway had trouble out of them and everyone i know did to. i run either autolite wires or accel wire just remember to replace the plugs with a set of platinums as they are what are recommend. with 115k i would look at a fuel filter air filter and the cable air filter if it has one
