Well, Iv'e spent the last two days trying to remove the oil pan from my 1999 F150 ( 4.2 V6 ) trying to use the jack up the motor method with no luck. I'm going to pull the motor now, but do I need to pull the motor completely out of the truck or just lift it high enough to remove the oil pan?
