Thumbs up Nitrous

I have a 95 f150 with an inline 6. I'm looking to have some fun but be smart about it. There is practically NOTHING for this engine other than k&n cold air and throttle body spacer. I can't find any high flow headers, which i would really like. My question is, could i put a small shot of nitrous under the hood without messing anything up? I don't take this thing to the track, and I really don't race it. The worst I do is pull up next to a buddy of mine and race but he always pulls away from me (yes, i know, this is not a race car i drive, but like i said, i just wanna play around).
Thoughts, suggestions, experiences?

You'll see the speedo move a little faster but not too much seat of the pants once your in the upper rpm (3000 rpm you'll feel it but the rush feeling tapers down as the rpms increase when using smaller shots). Now if your racing your buddy you'll def. see it because he won't be pulling away or at the worst not as fast.

I've used tons of it. It's a great power adder. People who are afraid of it or hate/ dislike it because they don't understand how it works or what it takes to make it work properly.thumbsup:

2. will i burn up my engine? i know if I give it too much i stand the chance but where do i find out how much is too much?

I think they say you can hit it with about 10 HP per cylinder so a 50 or 60 shot should be fine.
