No need to pull the engine... You are NOT going to want to do this yourself, the special tools, and the timing setup will be a pain for someone who has not done this before... FYI the newer 3v 5.4's are a joke, spark plugs snapping off in the cyl heads, this vct crap, injectors sticking open and bending rods, ect....
Too bad you didnt buy a ESP, that would have been money well spent....
