I just aquired my wifes 04 f150. And i notice that it still has a head ticking last time they changed the phasers and it still ticks? They say they dont hear it but i do. Also When i put it in D the engine vibrates a little on and off ya know? My dodge never did this ? Whats wrong? Oh it has 31,700 on the odometer.

Mine make noise when I first start it but not to bad. When it idles down after start up it pretty much goes away. I do find that these motors idle a little rough sometimes also. If you can nail down the problem search the 04 forum or post on there. I remember seeing a couple of threads on this subject.
