I cleaned my throttle body the other day and now the engine light wont go off its on focus 2.0 DOHC, any suggestions on the problem? i've unhooked the battery, but no luck. I also did it on my f150 4.2L with no problems.

 

Did you make sure to leave the battery unhooked for at least 30 minutes? If you did, make sure the connection to the MAF Sensor is tight. Otherwise, I'd say get the code read and let us know what it says.--DIY

 

i unhooked the battery but for only a few sec., but i'll try leaving it undone longer...
