Complete COP Failure?

I ordered new COP's for my truck, and they are getting sent to my parent's house because I'm in college, and that's where all my tools are. Everyday, the truck runs and idle's rougher than the day before. I'm wondering if a COP can completely fail to where I'll lose firing on any one cylinder. Tomorrow I have to drive about 175 miles to get home, but I just want to be sure I can make it. Thanks.

The only thing you can do is reboot your computer - I did that every 200 miles until I received my new COPs - it ran better for a little while for some reason..
