HI!... Don't know if this is what you need, but here you go :

 

That was quick!
I fired it up using the info provided, and then realized there are some similarities between the old MAF's and this new MAF.

For future reference, the MAF has the pins labeled

F D C B A E

A,B,C,and D are the same as the old 4 pin MAF.

A= + battery voltage
B= ground
C= signal ground
D= signal

This particular MAF also has an IAT sensor in it, connected between F and E, and reads about 38K at room temp.
