Rough idle

2001 5.4 supercrew
Truck has some vibrations that I didnt notice before, although it could have been there. Just installed dual 16 e-fans yesterday and now it seems to have vibrations. Not a voilent shake like its missing but you can feel it on the armrests and steering wheel. Cleaned the throttle body while I was in there, with deep creep. Any suggestions? Maybe Im just losing it and theres no problem.
Thanks

What about suspension or tire problems. Feeling in the steering wheel would lead to the front wheels. How many miles do you have?

I would get a scanner on it that will show graphs. Look at misfires, 02s, fuel trim ect.. You still didn't say what your milage is?

Check for vacuum leaks. Namely the rubber elbow where the PCV hose meets the intake. Make sure you plugged all your hoses back in good. Make sure that the intake hose slid on completely around the throttle body. (common mistake) Feel around to the bottom of it with your fingers. Spray ether around all the vacuum hoses until you find the leak.
