Engine does not start. No sound at all

The starter is only engaged to the engine when you turn the key. It isn't the starter making the noise. It probably isn't even related to the starter. Stupid question.... are your windows all the way up?

Whisteling was the seal around my Ram Air intake. I fixed it.
