Any intake manifold where the TB is mounted to the very front of the plenum has problems with the distribution of incoming air to the individual cylinders. This has been a known problem. The older Camaros (IROC) had this same problem. Some cylinders run rich, others run lean. The optimum set-up is to have a top mount TB into the plenum to equalize the intake ports evenly.
Ford and Chevy use this intake designs due to space restrictions under the hood in tight engine compartments.
